This apartment / house is located on the elevated (10 steps) ground floor of the building, it has a view to the front as well as to the back garden, it is airy and consists of: 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), kitchen-living room , bathroom and balcony-veranda. It has 2 TVs, one in each bedroom and in particular the TV in the room with the double bed is 39” smart with YouTube and active Netflix. Also in the single living room-kitchen space, there is a sofa bed.

Air conditioning:
It has 2 air conditioners: one in the bedroom with the single beds and one in the kitchen.
The double bedroom has ceiling fans.

This house is preferred by many customers because it is very cool since the sun sees it for a few hours and it is also ideal for families with small children, because the parents can see the children playing in the garden from the balcony.
