Accommodation Tax
The Greek government implemented an ‘Accommodation Tax’ on 01/01/2018. Tax will be per house per day and will be paid directly to the property upon check-in. This tax is not included in the prices shown on this website. The cost in EUROS is as follows (prices may change): €0.50 / per night.
Arrival Time – Departure Time
The Arrival Time at our houses is 15:00 (3:00 PM) and the Departure Time is 10:00, which you will be informed about at the time of booking. Also, at the time of booking it is not possible to confirm in advance Early Arrival, or Extended Departure for a specific day, because this depends on the availability of the house for that day. The only way to ensure Early Arrival, or Extended Departure to your house (according to the availability of the houses) is to inform us one day before your arrival, or before your departure, to avoid misunderstandings.
Changes
To change the days your stay, you must contact us in time. If you wish to reduce the number of nights from 20 to 10 days before your arrival, then there will be an additional charge of 50% of the reduced nights. If you wish to reduce the number of nights or the number of rooms from 10 days before your arrival until the day of your arrival, then there will be an additional charge of 100% of the reduced nights.
Cancellation of reservation
In case the customer wishes to cancel his reservation, he must communicate in time. The customer reserves the right to cancel his reservation at any time, with the following penalties:
Cost of cancelling the reservation
– For cancellation at least 30 days before arrival there will be no cancellation fee.
– For cancellation from 29 to 14 days before arrival there will be a cancellation fee corresponding to 50% of the total reservation amount.
– In case of cancellation from 13 to 1 days or no-show there will be a cancellation fee corresponding to 100% of the total reservation amount.
Delayed Departure Charges
Extended stay (according to availability) until 18:00 (6:00 pm) is charged at 50% of the nightly rate for the particular house for that period. Extended stay after 18:00 (6:00 PM) is charged at 100% of the nightly rate for the specific house for that period.
Pets
Our houses are pet friendly. If you will be traveling with pets, please notify us in advance. There is no additional charge.
Early Departures
Early departures are considered as cancellations, so 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
Minimum Overnight Period
During high season: 01/07 to 20/08 there is a “Minimum Stay” which is 4 nights, during the
rest of the period the “Minimum Stay” is 2 nights.
Extra beds
The maximum capacity of extra beds for adults (type: folding bed) in a house is 1 and according to availability. In case you need it, please notify us in time. The charge is €10 per night. We also provide a FREE playpen, according to availability, for our very young guests.
