This apartment / house is located on the elevated (10 steps) ground floor of the building, it has a view to the front garden and to the sea , it is airy and consists of: 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), kitchen-living room , bathroom and balcony-veranda. It has 2 TVs, one in each bedroom and in particular the TV in the room with the double bed is 39” smart with YouTube and active Netflix. Also in the single living room-kitchen space, there is a sofa bed.

Air conditioning :
It has 2 air conditioners: one in the bedroom with the double bed and one in the kitchen.
The bedroom with the single beds has a ceiling fan.
