This apartment / house is located on the first floor of the building, it has sea view as well as to the back garden, it is airy and consists of: 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), kitchen-living room , bathroom and balcony-veranda. It has 2 TVs, one in each bedroom and in particular the TV in the room with the double bed is 39” smart with YouTube and active Netflix. Also in the single living room-kitchen space, there is a sofa bed.

Air conditioning:
It has 2 air conditioners: one in each bedroom.
The kitchen has a ceiling fan.

This house is preferred by many customers because it has sea view and also, many customers like: that the bedroom with the double bed has access to the large balcony and that from it’s window you can see the sky!
